The ICON Scanner X is designed for ID document scanning, allowing for quick read results and image capture. Captured data can be transferred to any host system for processing and its high–resolution  and reflection free images provide a solid basis for document checks with, for example, an authentication software tool.

• VIZ reading (optional) – available for any ID document type e.g. front page of ID3, drivers‘ licenses information on supported document types and data fields available on request
• RFID & NFC (optional) – RFID documents according to ISO 14443 (Type A/B), ISO 7816 (incl. US passports), ICAO 9303 as well as NFC support
