Greenway Medical Technologies has recently certified OCR Solutions’ VirtualScan remote scanning product to work with their system. OCR has optimized VirtualScan to work for the Greenway EHR product. VirtualScan is an extremely flexible product that allows the administrator to move license keys and control the environment using our proprietary VirtualScan User Interface on the Terminal Server. Not only does the system resemble a local scan but it will also allow the administrator to control user scanning parameters so scanned documents do not use up unnecessary storage space. Virtual scan works with any TWAIN scanner as well as Webcams.
